ERP Cloud Custom Role Offerings

Audit Programs & On-Demand Training

Secondly, we are thrilled to announce a new [1]offering for auditors that need to understand how to better audit ERP systems.  This offering will combine the development of Audit Programs and On Demand training that is detailed and specific to the leading ERP systems.  Our initial offerings will be based on ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite, and NetSuite.  Expect these offerings to be available later this summer.

We will soon be releasing two on demand classes:

• Auditing ITGCs and ITACs for Financial Auditors (16 hours)
• Auditing ITGCs and ITACs for IT Auditors (24 hours)

These two courses will provide the fundamentals Financial (Functional) Auditors and IT Auditors need to audit ITGCs and ITACs.  They provide the foundation for further classes that will be offered later this summer including:

• Auditing Journal Entry Risks for ERP Systems
• Auditing Vendor Master Risks for ERP Systems
• Auditing Procure to Pay Risks for ERP Systems
• Auditing Quote to Cash Risks for ERP Systems
• Auditing Bank Reconciliation Risks for ERP systems
• Auditing Fixed Assets Risk for ERP systems
• Auditing Inventory Risks for ERP systems
• Identifying what SoD/SA risks need to be evaluated

This next series of classes provide practical examples of how IT Application controls can be implemented and will include Internal Controls Questionnaire that can be leveraged to audit any ERP system.

Later this summer, we will be rolling out ERP specific ITGC audit programs that will include what reports to run and SQL scripts to execute to audit ITGCs.  Our focus in the first phase will be on ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite, and Net Suite.  This offering will also come with On Demand training classes. All offerings will be provided on a subscription basis that will allow use of the audit programs and access to the training videos on an annual basis.

Additionally, our training classes will include monthly ‘office hours’ with the instructor – a one-hour zoom session for subscribers to ask any questions or seek clarification.  We also provide our 24×7 support desk for questions and enhancement requests.
