If this is your first time purchasing a course with ERP Armor: Learning, you will receive an email from ERP Armor: Learning / Teachable within 24 hours prompting you to finish setting up your account. Once this step is complete, you will have access to your course(s).
If you already have an account with ERP Armor: Learning, visit erpriskadvisors.teachable.com and log in to your Teachable account. Once you have logged in, your dashboard with your available course(s) will appear.
Teachable does not automatically log a user out. Because of this, sometimes a user will be logged in for too long, causing the website to malfunction. If this occurs, usually the following steps resolve the issue.
- Temporarily disable any extension blockers
- Clear your browser cache
If these two steps do not solve the issue, then try these next steps:
- Use a private (incognito) browser window
- Update your browser to the most updated version
- Try a different browser (google chrome v. Microsoft edge v. Mozilla Firefox, etc.)
- Try a different network connection
If you are still experiencing issues or the problem isn’t listed, please open a support ticket with us by emailing support@erpra.net. Once received, we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Participants must watch all lecture sessions and pass the review quizzes and final assessment. For some courses, review quizzes might be required to complete in addition to the final assessment. Once all lecture sections, review quizzes and final assessment are completed and passed with a 70% or higher, a certificate of completion will be issued. If CPE credit is offered for the course, the certificate of completion will serve as proof of CPE training.
If you don’t remember your password, please open a support ticket with us by emailing support@erpra.net. We will issue your account a temporary password for you to login. Once you reset your password to something unique, you will regain access to your course(s). We highly recommend NOT using Teachable’s password reset link as many of our students have reported the link is ineffective.
Contact ERP Risk Advisors to discuss enrollment. A member of Team ERPRA will assist you with the process.
After you log in to your account, you will be directed to your account dashboard. From your account dashboard, all courses that you have enrolled in will be visible. Courses that you are not enrolled in will not appear on your dashboard. To view all available courses, click “All Products” in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Contact ERP Risk Advisors to renew your learning license for next year.
“My products” displays only courses that the user is enrolled in. “All products” displays all available courses for the user to browse.
Licenses to our online learning content are assigned to a person, so we could provide access to a different email address if desired. Since access is assigned to an individual, licenses are not transferrable.

No worries! If you purchased a course through our subscription model, then you have unlimited access from the time of purchase as long as you renew. Each course is updated on a yearly basis, making the subscription model invaluable for keeping up with information. Your subscription won’t end unless you end it.
If you purchased a course through an ISACA, IIA or Company partner of ours, then you will have until the timeframe set by those organizations to complete the course(s). Make sure to plan accordingly since unfinished courses are not given CPE credit and/or certification and access is turned off. However, if you do complete the course in the given timeframe, access is open for you to reference at any time for up to a year from the course start date.
