Kacey Vande Steeg is the Operations & Partner Manager at ERP Risk Advisors. She’s spent the last 5+ years leading teams and managing client experience and sales efforts across multiple industries. Her passion for people and finding creative solutions drives her towards delivering the best results for the clients she gratefully serves.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from University of Northern Colorado. She went on to use her degree as a Strength & Conditioning coach before stepping out of the athletics industry.

Since then, she has lead teams and projects with the mission of enhancing not only the client experience but also
creating healthy and successful internal teams.
Her experience crosses multiple industries such as medical device and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, real estate, athletics, and now software.
Her vast experience allows her to see multiple angles, find holes in processes and ultimately find best suited solutions. Kacey is currently pursuing
her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to continue enhancing her personal mission and that of ERP Risk Advisors.
Kacey currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas and enjoys getting outside to ride horses, exercising, and serving at her local church. As an avid traveler,
you never know which time zone or adventure Kacey is on next. When home, she enjoys taking advantage of the authentic Fort Worthian coffee,
Tex-Mex, BBQ and live Texas-country music with friends and family.
