Overview and other details

One study estimates that 90% of ERP implementations fail to meet their objectives. One of the key objectives for management is for their ERP project to be secure and compliant. Learning Objectives:

1. Discuss what it means to have a ‘secure and compliant’ implementation.
2. Identify the common gaps that lead to a less than ideal project outcome.
3. Provide ways to monitor your project to ensure your objectives are being met.
