Abstract:
In the second of our 3-part webinar series, ERP Risk Advisors CEO, Jeff Hare, CPA CISA CIA, and Oracle Ace, Thomas Simkiss, Jr. J.D., CPA, will lay the foundation for how to have a successful ERP implementation. We will discuss what you need to do before (part 1), during (part 2), and after (part 3) your implementation to meet the objectives you have set for your organization’s digital transformation.

Who is Attending
Thomas Simkiss is a Director of Cloud Solutions at Creoal Consulting, where he designs and supports solutions for customers moving to the Oracle Cloud. He is an Oracle Applications ACE, a prestigious recognition for his thought leadership and contributions to the Oracle community.
With over 25 years of experience in ERP system design and implementation, Thomas has a deep understanding of business processes, intercompany accounting, foreign currency transactions, and SOX compliance. He has specializations from Oracle in Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. He has also authored and presented multiple white papers on ERP topics at OAUG.org. Thomas’s mission is to help customers achieve success in the ever-changing cloud world.
Jeff’s extensive background includes public accounting (including Big 4 experience), industry, and Oracle Financials experience. Jeff has been working in the Oracle Applications space since 1998 with implementation, upgrade, and support experience. His focus on the development of internal controls and security best practices for companies running ERP Applications. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Jeffrey has worked in various countries including Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and lives in northern Colorado with his wife and three daughters.
