Founder and CEO

Jeff Hare, CPA CIA CISA is the founder and CEO of ERP Risk Advisors. His background includes public accounting, 6.5 years in industry in CFO and Controller roles, and Oracle Applications consulting experience. Jeff has been working in the ERP space since 1998 with implementation, upgrade, risk advisory, and audit experience.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CO/AZ), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Donna Curtis

ERP Cloud Practice Manager

Donna is the ERP Cloud Practice Manager with ERP Risk Advisors. She has specialized in ERP Cloud since 2016, focusing in the areas of security design, audit policies, and Risk Cloud while working with major consulting firms over the last 15 years.

She is a frequent speaker at conferences and webinars on the functionality of Oracle and helps with patch impact analysis each quarter. She has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, is confident and very articulate.

Eleanora Heitzman

Marketing and Education Assistant

Eleanora Heitzman is our Marketing and Education Assistant. She is enthusiastic about providing excellent support strategies and solutions to organizations, and she strives to use her skills to streamline operations and cultivate long-lasting client relationships. Eleanora has a passion for encouraging, assisting, and instructing as she has spent the last 10+ years refining her skill set across a variety of industries including non-profit, healthcare, fitness, engineering, and research fields.

She received a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Maine. During the program, her extra-curricular activities and academic pursuits lead to a love for helping people in need find sustainable solutions to real-world problems. She has since found a niche for this passion in administration and education.

Ian Rockell

International Sales Manager

Ian Rockell is an International Sales Manager with ERP Risk Advisors. He focuses on helping clients with solutions, especially from a financial side within the ERP Space. His background includes Business intelligence to AP Automation. His focus with ERP Risk Advisors is assisting clients in identifying, managing and mitigating risk in the Oracle Eco system; for Oracle E Business Suite or Oracle ERP Cloud, Ian provides a best-solutions-perspective while keeping risk mitigation top of mind.

Ian has worked with many clients in various industries over the years in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Ireland, and UAE.

Aaron Mininger

International Sales Manager

Aaron Mininger is an International Sales Manager with ERP Risk Advisors. Aaron’s main focuses are on assisting clients to identify, manage, and decrease risk through our ERP Armor Risk Content.

His background includes entrepreneurial ventures, sales and building a business from the ground up, which provides each interaction with a best-solutions-perspective for not only the individual but the company at large.

Fred C. Roth, CISA

Sr. Adjunct Lecturer

Fred is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Computer Science and Mathematics bachelor’s degree. Fred received his MBA at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.

Fred is a frequent speaker at international conferences and delivers IT control and security training on a worldwide basis. As a former Vice President of the MIS Training Institute’s IT Audit Division for 15 years, he facilitated and coordinated the IT audit training curriculum.

Connor Thompson CIA, CISA

Sr. Risk Analyst

Connor Thompson is a Sr Risk Analyst with ERP Risk Advisors. He is the ERP Armor product manager for most non-Oracle applications. He specializes in NetSuite, having built our ERP Armor: Learning offering for NetSuite.

Connor began his career with us at the end of 2020 and helps assist in consultation, risk content creation, and administrative work. He has built risk content for Workday, NetSuite, Yardi, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, PeopleSoft, and a number of other ERP systems. Connor is passionate about creating the best risk content possible to better service our customers from financial, compliance, operational perspectives.

Kacey Vande Steeg

Operations & Partner Manager

Kacey Vande Steeg is the Operations & Partner Manager at ERP Risk Advisors. She’s spent the last 5+ years leading teams and managing client experience and sales efforts across multiple industries. Her passion for people and finding creative solutions drives her towards delivering the best results for the clients she gratefully serves.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from University of Northern Colorado. She went on to use her degree as a Strength & Conditioning coach before stepping out of the athletics industry.

Joshua Burton

Sr. Risk Analyst

Joshua Burton is a Senior Risk Analyst with ERP Risk Advisors. Joshua specializes in Oracle’s ERP Cloud, most specifically role design and functional administration of modules. He has multiple years of experience with providing solutions to customers, both internal and external.

Joshua began his career with ERP Risk Advisors in January 2023. Prior to joining the ERP Risk Advisor’s Team, Joshua spent almost three years as a Solution Administrator for an Oracle position during a prior employer’s transition to Oracle Cloud from a legacy system.

Julie Hare

Chief Financial Officer

Julie Hare is our Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for leading our growth and managing our finances as she is a retired Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Julie spent three years in a Big 4 Accounting firm and four years in industry in Controller and Internal Audit roles.

Grant Disselkoen

Risk Analyst

Grant Disselkoen is a Risk Analyst with ERP Risk Advisors. He specializes in Oracles ERP Cloud, with a focus in audit management and role design which will come in handy when working with ERP Armor. Grant has multiple years of experience with Cloud solutions and helping customers internally.

Prior to joining the ERP Risk Advisors team, Grant spent a few years as a Systems Administrator for Office applications and transferring systems over to Cloud environments.
