Jeffrey T. Hare, CPA CISA CIA
Jeffrey Hare, CPA CIA CISA is the founder and CEO of ERP Risk Advisors.  His extensive
background includes public accounting (including Big 4 experience), industry, and Oracle
Applications consulting experience.    Jeffrey has been working in the Oracle Applications
space since 1998 with implementation, upgrade, and support experience.  Jeffrey is a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).   

Jeffrey has worked in various countries including Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada,
Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, and United Arab
Emirates.  He is a graduate of Arizona State University and lives in northern Colorado with
his wife and three daughters.  

Jeffrey currently teaches the
MISTI class "Auditing Oracle's E-Business Suite."  He has
been teaching on this subject since 2004.

Jeffrey's first solo book project
Oracle E-Business Suite Controls: Application Security Best
Practices
was released in 2009.  He published a second book called Auditing Oracle E-
Business Suite: Common Issues
in 2015.   He is working on an expansion of his first book
which will be called
Oracle E-Business Suite Controls: Foundational Principles and is
working on an update for his second book.  Both are expected to be released in 2017.

He has written various white papers and other articles, some of which have been
published by organizations such as ISACA, the ACFE, and the OAUG.  Jeffrey is a
contributing author for the book “Best Practices in Financial Risk Management” published
in 2009.

Talbott Jones, MBA
Talbott Jones, MBA is a Senior Consultant with ERP Risk Advisors.  He has worked with
accounting and ERP systems for over thirty years.  His background includes accounting
positions such as Internal Auditor, Corporate Tax Accountant, Accounting Manager and
Controller.  He has taught Principals of Accounting for a local community college.  He
became a CPA in 1985, although that certification has now lapsed.  As an Information
Technology professional, he has managed system implementations, supervised
implementers, trainers and technical writers.  He has written and edited software manuals
and has delivered systems training.

Talbott began working with Oracle EBS in 1997, supporting Oracle EBS and various
interfaced systems for over ten years.  He has managed help desk support, programming
staff and analysts.  He has configured, supported and maintained various interfaces,
including SAP OM to Oracle GL, various third party systems to Oracle Payables, Oracle
Purchasing and Oracle Inventory.

Since 1998 Talbott has worked with Oracle EBS application security.   Having managed
and participated on teams to implement, upgrade and extend Oracle EBS (versions 10.7,
11i through 12.2) his strength is application security.  For several years he has enjoyed
working with the CaoSys suite of GRC applications to build security configurations for new
installations, enhance existing systems and set up solid detection and prevention of SOD
issues and other risks.

Talbott has written and delivered presentations on Sarbanes-Oxley and Oracle Payables,
Oracle EBS Forms Personalization and Oracle EBS Purchasing Hierarchy Validation and
Documentation.

Sam Monarch
Sam Monarch is a Senior Consultant with ERP Risk Advisors.  He has specialized in
Governance, Risk & Compliance against Oracle E-business Suite for the last ten years.  
As a proven industry leader and mentor for Oracle GRC Consultants, Sam has led projects
for Oracle Corporation and has evaluated product development activities of senior
leadership.  With both technical and functional expertise he provides a true life cycle in
audit defense; constantly recognized and evaluated based upon project success and
milestone achievements.

One of Sam’s differentiating attributes is that he started his career with GRC as a
Compliance Manager for a publicly traded medical device manufacturer defending and
documenting internal controls against a Big 4 audit firm.  His holistic expertise and
background as a Technical Coordinator and Oracle Developer has allowed him to perform
the full lifecycle of implementation to include project ‘kickoff’, business analysis, functional
specification, system configuration, design, testing, and change management execution
for more than 25 companies utilizing both Oracle Advanced Controls as well as CaoSys’s
GRC products.

Recognized as an Oracle GRC industry leader; Sam has been a presenter at both Oracle
Collaborate & the Suncoast Oracle User Group and has worked as a Subject Matter Expert
(SME) for the Oracle Governance, Risk & Compliance Handbook by Packt Publishing.  
Sam is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and a combat veteran of The United
States Air Force and lives in Tampa with his daughter.
