Abstract:

Managing organizational change requires planning & implementing change in a way that minimizes employee resistance & cost while maximizing effectiveness. In this session, we will discuss the timing, responsibilities, & key elements of Change Management for a successful transformation.  We will dig into the elements of the change management’s role, lessons learned, & how to set your program for success. Organizational change management models should see employees as the main drivers of successful change. When employees are actively engaged in the process from the beginning, you are much more likely to get their buy-in, eliminate resistance to change, & align employees with the company’s strategic goals.

Jeffrey has worked in various countries including Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates.  He is a graduate of Arizona State University and lives in northern Colorado with his wife and three daughters.
